Ciarb publishes its peer-reviewed, academic digital journal quarterly. The journal contains practice relevant, scholarly research on all forms of dispute resolution. Articles focus on different areas of practice across the disciplines of Arbitration, Mediation, Adjudication, Dispute Boards, Expert Determination and Expert Witnesses.

All submissions are peer-reviewed and editorial decisions are made exclusively on the merits of the submitted article and are within the full discretion of the Editor and Editorial Board. Articles are usually about 8,000 words, though shorter contributions may be accepted if they are of a high standard and are making a significant contribution to the field. The cut-off dates for submissions are:

• Issue 1: 24 September
• Issue 2: 1 January
• Issue 3: 6 April
• Issue 4: 5 July
