Ciarb Module Exemption: International Arbitration: Module 2, Module 3

*In order to meet the requirements of the Ciarb Fellowship grade, students must obtain a minimum mark of 70% in the written assessment.

For students who get 70% in the final exam of LW6409B Advanced Award Writing, they can apply for the fellowship of Ciarb. For students who get below 70% in the final exam of LW6409B thus cannot apply for the fellowship of Ciarb, they can still apply for the membership of Ciarb.

For students who get below 60% (B-) in LW6407 Arbitration Practice and Award Writing thus cannot take LW6409B, they will take LW6409A Dissertation and apply for the membership of Ciarb.

Success Institute of Higher Education and Professional Training Limited (SUCCESS)

Course: CHC42015 Australian Certificate IV in Community Services

Candidates who have successfully completed the Success Institute Certificate with three mediation related units will be granted an exemption from Introduction and Module 1 (training component) of the Ciarb Mediation Pathway and will be eligible to apply to be an Associate of the Institute.

Candidates who subsequently complete all assessment components of the Success Institute Certificate CHC42015 Australian Certificate IV in Community Services will be granted an exemption from Module 1 (assessment component) of the Ciarb Mediation Pathway and will be eligible to apply to be a member of the institute.

From May 2023, the above certificate will be replaced by Australian CHC41215 Certificate IV in Career Development (with three mediation related units).
