Ciarb and Jus Mundi partner to boost Ciarb’s members’ profiles via Jus Connect, increasing opportunities for dispute resolution practitioners worldwide

The Chartered Institute of Arbitration (Ciarb) and Jus Mundi are delighted to announce their partnership, which aims to increase opportunities for dispute resolution practitioners worldwide of all levels of experience by raising the profile of Ciarb members through the interconnection of their Jus Connect platform with the Ciarb Member Directory. We will be working together, hand-in-hand, to boost equality and diversity in arbitration.

Through the partnership, Ciarb members who have a profile on the Jus Connect platform will be able to have their Ciarb qualification and postnominals recognised on their Jus Connect profile and update their profile with relevant expertise and publicly available data.  Ciarb’s recently revised Member Directory will soon be interconnected with the Jus Connect platform, boosting benefits to Ciarb members.

Speaking about the partnership, Catherine Dixon, CEO of Ciarb, stated that:

“We are delighted to be working with Jus Mundi, who has pioneered open access to legal knowledge. This partnership brings exciting new opportunities for our global membership to highlight their Ciarb postnominals and qualifications to potential clients through their Jus Connect platform. In time, members will be able to link back to their Jus Connect profiles through our recently revised Ciarb Member Directory. There is synergy in our organisations’ commitments to equity, fair access to justice, and diversity. We look forward to working with our partners to uphold and deliver on these commitments.”

Jean-Rémi de Maistre, CEO & Co-Founder of Jus Mundi & Jus Connect, stated that:

“We are immensely proud to join forces with Ciarb to boost its members’ profiles in the field of arbitration in the name of improving equality and diversity in arbitration. Ciarb is a major actor in the international arbitration space, serving not only as a key educational provider in arbitration but also supporting its 18,000 members across 150 jurisdictions worldwide. Through our Jus Connect platform, we aim to further boost worldwide support for Ciarb’s membership, underscoring our commitment to diversity in arbitration and improved access to arbitration for practitioners around the globe.”

Following the announcement of the partnership, Ciarb and Jus Connect will begin ensuring that Ciarb members who have an existing Jus Connect profile can display their Ciarb postnominals, boosting their profile and supporting equality and diversity in arbitration starting July 2024.
