The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III on Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) Reform is considering Draft Provision 12: Third Party Funding, as part of the Draft Provisions on Procedural and Cross-Cutting Issues. Ciarb will submit comments on Draft Provision 12: Third Party Funding for the Working Group to consider, and we welcome input from our members on this matter.
