Requirements

Choose one of the following routes to become a Fellow. Whichever route you take, the final stage always involves an interview:

  • The Ciarb qualification route: Successfully complete one of our Fellow grade qualifications.
  • The RCP route: Submit evidence that you have successfully completed an accredited course with one of our Recognised Course Providers (RCP).*
  • The experience route: Provide evidence of a minimum of 10 years' experience in a lead or sole capacity as an arbitrator, adjudicator or mediator.*

Annual membership fee

Fellow grade membership fees differ depending on your country of residence, and the month in which you join us (fees are pro-rata on a monthly basis).

*Candidates who complete courses with Ciarb or with one of Ciarb’s RCPs, should apply for membership within two years of completion.
