Following Privy Council approval in 2023, Ciarb is now able to award the designation of Chartered Adjudicator. Members with relevant experience can apply for Chartered Adjudicator (C.Adj) status during two application rounds in 2024.

We expect to publish dates and relevant documentation for the Autumn 2024 application round by early September.

Requirements

Chartered status represents excellence in practice.  To be eligible to apply for Chartered Adjudicator status, an applicant must:

  • Be an existing Ciarb Fellow; and 
  • Have experience of completing a minimum of twenty-five (25) difficult and complex cases as an adjudicator; and 
  • Have a diverse range of experience as an adjudicator. 

Annual membership fee

Chartered grade membership fees differ depending on your country of residence, and the month in which you join us (fees are pro-rata on a monthly basis).
