Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb)

Chartered Arbitrator status represents excellence in arbitral practice.

To be eligible to apply for Chartered status, an applicant must:

  • Be an existing Ciarb Fellow; and 
  • Have experience of completing a minimum of fifteen (15) difficult and complex cases as an arbitrator; and
  • Have a diverse range of experience as an arbitrator.

The next window for applications will open in Spring 2024. Applications may be submitted during specified time periods only. All applications must be received by the Chartered Secretariat by the specified deadline along with full payment of the application fee. Applications submitted beyond the deadline or without payment will not be considered.
