Experienced Senior Commercial / Contracts Manager with a strong background in the construction industry, spanning over 21 years. I have gained valuable insights and expertise by working for various clients, international cost consultation firms, and first-grade contracting companies.
My hands-on experience encompasses various areas, including contract administration, change management, claims assessment, drafting contractual correspondences, dispute resolution, cost reporting, bidding, procurement, and commercial management for both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
I am well-versed in various standard contracts, including FIDIC, JTC, and NEC, as well as bespoke and in-house tailored contracts, and other commercial management aspects.
I have extensive knowledge of cost reporting, including incurred costs, cash flow forecasts, cost value reconciliations, and accruals reports. My strengths lie in change management, particularly in handling claims such as variations, extensions of time, disruptions, prolongation, and final accounts.
Additionally, I have developed strong soft skills through collaboration with professionals at various levels in multinational firms, dealing with diverse clients, and participating in negotiation and dispute-resolution meetings.
I am highly organized and adept at managing teams using various leadership approaches to maximize value for the business while protecting the interests of clients and employers.
