Practice Summary PROFESSONAL PROFILE Stephen studied law at Oxford University and was called to the Bar in 1972. During over 40 years practice at the Bar of England and Wales he developed a wide ranging and successful civil practice in the County Court and High Court and at appellate level. He was well reviewed in professional directories.
