Personal bio
Khayran Noor is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Member of the Legal Committee and Communication of Women Sport International (WSI), Local Focal Point (Kenya) of the Commonwealth Youth for Sport and Development (CYSDP), Member of Diversity and Inclusion Working Group under LawInSport (UK), and an Arbitrator – MCIArb (Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators), Young Members Group (YMG) Steering Committee (CIArb) and holds an LLM in Sports Law and Practice at De Montfort University (DMU), Leicester (UK). Khayran is passionate about transparent and accountable governance, policy, and management in the field of sports/law and physical activity. She is determined to promote diversity and inclusion in sports through empowerment of girls/women, People Living with Determination (PLWDs) and youth in general by supporting their sporting and physical activity experiences and enhancing/promoting the contribution of the power of sport to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
