Personal bio
Shaun is a Partner in Bird & Bird ATMD LLP’s dispute resolution group. He is dual-qualified in Singapore and UK (England & Wales). He is an CIArb Fellow and is on the panel of the AIAC (Arbitrator and Domain Name Dispute Resolution) as well as the reserve panel of arbitrators in the SIAC. He regularly acts as lead counsel or sole instructed counsel for clients in high-value complex transnational commercial disputes across the ICT (Infocomms and Technology), MES (Media, Entertainment and Sports), financial sectors, as well as in the infrastructure, energy & utilities space.
