Analysis and preparation of construction claims concerning entitlements to additional time and payment and related issues since 1985, initially in Hong Kong and from 1988 - 2012 as legal support services partner/director with Davis Langdon in the UK. Sole Proprietor of JDM Dispute Resolution since January 2013 acting as arbitrator and adjudicator, expert and party representative in relation to construction disputes of all values. Issued over 300 arbitrator's awards and (mostly) adjudicator's decisions arising out of some 400 references since 1996.
