Personal bio

I am an international business law leading advocate and scholar. I have participated in arbitral proceedings as party-representative and co-counsel, and have been appointed as a sole arbitrator in arbitral proceedings.

I have been appointed as the ICC Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (YAAF) Representative for North Asia (2024-2026).

I am a registered arbitrator with institutions such as:
- National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC),
- Maldives International Arbitration Centre (MIAC),
- Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC),
- the Borneo International Center for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM),
- the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Center (VTA).

Additionally, I serve as a mediator on the panels of:
- Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC),
- WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center,
- AALCO-HKRAC

I am also listed as a practitioner in International Mediation and ADR with the Vienna International Arbitration Center of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (VIAC) and I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch, Malaysia Branch).

As an Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator with qualifications from IMI and SIMI, I possess a strong background in dispute resolution. With a decade of experience in Asia, I have worked as in-house counsel and advisor in business law firms, specializing in energy, infrastructure, corporate, investment, public-private partnerships, telecommunications, tax, and intellectual property rights. My notable recognitions include listings in the Legal 500, the GC Powerlist 2017 Southeast Asia, and being shortlisted as In-House Lawyer of the Year by the Asian Legal Business 2017.

My academic achievements include a Master's in International Business Law, a Master's Degree in Japanese Language and Studies, and a University Diploma in Chinese. I have been lecturing law courses for 12 years at the Royal University of Law and Economics, collaborating with Paris Panthéon Assas and Lyon 2.
