Taki Madima (S.C) holds Master degrees in Human Rights Law (Essex), Administrative and Constitutional Law (Cape Town), Intellectual Property Law (Johannesburg), a PhD in Employment Law (Essex), as well as an Executive MBA (Cape Town). He has been in private practice since 2004, taking Silk in 2011, and an Adjunct Professor in the Commercial Law Department at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Madima is on the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) Commercial Law Panel of arbitrators, a member of the Mauritius International Arbitration Centre, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), UK.
