I have an experience of over 13 years working with the Ombudsman Office (i.e. the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab- Pakistan) in the capacity of Investigation Officer & Administrator of two district offices of the organization. My prime responsibilities include investigating of complaints of maladministration against public agencies and drafting the recommendations thereby.
