Engr. Dr. Mahmood Ahmad Sulehri is a practicing Professional Engineer since 1982 and specialises in the fields of ADR, Corporate Management, Construction Management, Project Monitoring and Reporting, Contract Administration, Project Procurement, and Professional Training. Retired as Vice President (Contracts Division), NESPAK in January 2018, he has 40 years of professional experience to his credit. Contributed for development of 6 Bidding Documents of Pakistan Engineering council (PEC), titled “Pakistan Standard Contract Documents, 2021” as Convener PEC Bidding Documents Sub-Committee (2007-2021) and as Member Bidding Documents Committee (2021-24). Dr. Sulehri is the author of a book titled ‘COMPUTERESE—An Introduction to Personal Computing’ (327 pp) and 12 technical publications. He conducts Training Courses on ‘Contract Administration’, ‘How to Write a Research Paper’ and other construction/ Contracts related topics. As a Certified ADR Professional, Dr. Sulehri, has finalized numerous Engineers Decisions (EDs), and engaged as Member/ Chairman of various Dispute Boards and Co-Arbitrator/ Sole Arbitrator in various disputes. As a Freelance Contracts Specialist, he provides expert services to various clients on Assignment-/ Retainer-Ship-basis, the following: Contract Interpretations, EDs, DAB/ Conciliation/ Amicable Settlement/ Arbitration, Cost and EoT Claims, Bidding Documents/ Bid Evaluation Reports, Redressal of Grievances, Prequalification Evaluation Reports, Contract Amendments, All Procurement/ Contracts-related Services and Customised, In-House Trainings.
