Personal bio

I am an Italian-qualified lawyer based in London and with background in international commercial arbitration and litigation. My legal practice encompasses experience as counsel before dispute boards, arbitral tribunals, Italian courts and, to a more limited extent, the English courts, particularly the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).
As an Associate at Fenwick Elliott, I focus on delivering legal services in both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising and representing clients in disputes and transactional issues across the construction and energy sectors.

I hold the MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King's College London and before moving to London, I have trained and gained experience as an Associate at DLA Piper Milan, handling cases involving a variety of industry sectors. I am also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

I regularly write about dispute resolution and construction law. The most recent articles have been published in the International Construction Law Review, the International Energy Law Review, on the Kluwer Arbitration Blog, and in the Italian journal 'Rivista Trimestrale degli Appalti'.

I am also an avid fan of moot courts and since 2017, I have been involved as coach and arbitrator of various moot courts' teams. In particular, I have been coaching the FIAMC team of the University of Milan (investment arbitration) and the Bocconi Vis Moot team (commercial arbitration).
