Dr. Atai is senior partner at Atai & Associates - a full service law firm based in Tehran, Iran. His practice is focused on international arbitration and investment law. Since June 2019, Dr. Atai has been appointed as the chairman of the Iran Chapter of the European Court of Arbitration (ICECA). Dr. Atai teaches international commercial law and arbitration at post-graduate level. Dr. Atai is member of the International Arbitration Institute (IAI) in Paris, AMCham Arbitration Center in Kosovo and the Tehran Regional Arbitration Center (TRAC).
