Chris Smith QC is a barrister who specialises in all aspects of domestic and international commercial law with particular emphasis on shipping and also professional liability. Chris is a CEDR accredited mediator and a supporting member of the LMAA. He accepts appointments as arbitrator on LMAA and ad hoc terms and sits both as sole arbitrator and as a member of 3 person panels. His arbitration experience ranges from charterparty and bill of lading cases to yacht collisions and ship building disputes.
