Andrew Milner is a leading expert in the construction industry relating to construction law, dispute avoidance and resolution. As a chartered quantity surveyor, construction lawyer, accredited adjudicator, and construction law academic, he understands construction projects from a multidisciplinary perspective. He is a researcher practitioner and holds a doctorate degree in construction law and disputes. Andrew is the founder and CEO of Integritam Limited, a bespoke consultancy helping construction companies manage contract risk, resolve disputes and maximise commercial potential, based in Yorkshire, Great Britain. Driven by his strong moral values, and desire to share his knowledge and experience, Andrew offers up his time to guide and support undergraduate students at the University of Salford with their final year research paper; and post graduate students on the LLM in Construction Law and Practice with their final year research thesis. Andrew’s esteemed career in the construction industry has led him to receive many awards, which include - Highly Commended Award Winner for his paper on Construction Contract Interpretation at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence; Ray Briggs Scholarship for Research Development and Innovation in the Construction Industry; and Society of Construction Law Prize for best the LLM thesis in Construction Law and Practice.
