Sr Ho June Khai holds qualifications in Law, Quantity Surveying and Construction Project Management. He is a qualified multi-disciplinary construction professional and building practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in project management and construction, pre and post contract administration and management, contractual claims and dispute resolution advisory and management. He is an APC Assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Final Assessment Interview in Malaysia. He is also active in various professional institutions and has served as a Council Member in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Malaysia) and the Chartered Institute of Building (Malaysia). He is currently a committee member in the Membership Development Committee of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) and a Member of the Advocates and Solicitors Disciplinary Committee Panel. Sr Ho owns a claims consultancy outfit providing specialised construction contract management and contractual advisory services. He is empanelled as an Arbitrator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR), Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb), Hainan International Arbitration Court (HIAC), Thailand Arbitration Centre (THAC) and Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM). He is also empaneled as an Adjudicator with AIAC under CIPAA 2012, the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and the UK Adjudicators. He has been appointed as an Arbitrator and an Adjudicator for disputes under the AIAC Rules and the CIPAA 2012, respectively. Sr Ho is also an Accredited Expert with The Academy of Experts, UK. Sr Ho has delivered papers in various in-house seminars/workshops and conducted in-house training for private/public listed companies on specific topics of construction contracts. He has lectured on a part time basis at various universities/colleges on contracts & construction law, professional practice, costs estimating and construction economics and is in the Industry Expert Advisory Panel for a local university.
