His experience includes projects across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and South Asia. Uzair supports clients with pre-tender planning, project planning, scheduling, baselining, monitoring, and reporting. He is also experienced in delay analysis, change management and the preparation of claims. Uzair supports Decipher's expert team in the preparation of delay analysis reports. He has worked on complex projects across all sectors of the construction industry. His detailed understanding of standard forms of contracts means he is adept at assessing time-related matters. He is well versed with all major planning and scheduling software including Primavera P6, Asta Power Project, MS Project, and Synchro. Uzair regularly undertakes analysis of live projects to ensure that programmes are achievable. He works to identify and resolve any potential problems which may occur. He is well versed in financial planning and management of projects and applies this knowledge to his work.
