A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Qualified to BSc and MSc standards. Practicing as an independent Quantum Expert, with testifying experience in the High Court (TCC). Gained experience as a site Quantity Surveyor, commencing in 1999 and specialising in dispute resolution and avoidance since 2012.

A recognised quantum expert, I am regularly instructed in arbitration, litigation, adjudication, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. I prepare independent expert reports, provide expert advisory services and have given oral evidence in formal proceedings. My work typically involves the forensic examination of project records, valuation of works and variations, assessment of prolongation and disruption costs, financial damages analysis, and the quantification of complex construction claims. I am also instructed on professional negligence cases involving issues of quantification, certification, and project management. I often works alongside delay and technical experts, forming an opinion around various liability scenarios to assist the parties and decision makers.
