Personal bio
Emilio is a chartered professional with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and worked on international projects with private and government organizations in Southeast Asia, various locations in the Middle East and South Africa. He was engaged in various lead roles on major projects such as high-rise buildings, complex civil works, roads, bridges, rail, infrastructure, commercial, residential buildings, hospital and power generation project. He worked with clients/employers, consultants and contractors and has hands on experience with alternative dispute resolutions such as adjudication and arbitration involving large claims internationally.
