I am a Senior Associate in the International Litigation & Arbitration practice at Foley Hoag LLP, based in Washington, D.C. My practice focuses on international commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes, and arbitration-related litigation before U.S. courts. I represent private companies and sovereign clients in proceedings administered under the ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL, and ICSID Arbitration Rules.
I have extensive experience advising clients across South and Southeast Asia and the Middle East, particularly in the energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors, as well as in shareholder and commercial disputes. Additionally, I counsel companies on contract drafting and dispute avoidance strategies to mitigate risks and enhance business outcomes.
