I have been practicing law for over 40 years, including trial and counseling, in the areas of antitrust, commercial litigation, franchising and distribution, and mergers and acquisitions. I have been recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of antitrust in Chambers for several years. I am a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. I am also an arbitrator listed on the commercial panels for the American Association of Arbitrators.
