Dr Lalkumar is an International Arbitrator and Mediator based out of Doha Qatar. He serves as Legal Advisor and Arbitral Counsel in an MNC in Doha. He is an accredited Independent Director by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He also holds the post of Director (Legal Affairs) in an Eco-Tourism Company, having the distinction of the world’s largest bird sculpture based in India. He was instrumental in concluding a very complex Arbitration case successfully in favour of the Company recently. Apart from being empaneled as an Arbitrator & Mediator with QICCA, Qatar and AIADR, Malaysia and US based E-Arbitrator, he is also on the panel of India-based CORD, SAMA, PRESOLV360, WEBNYAY, RESO EDR and World Dispute Ecosystem –FICM as a Neutral/Arbitrator/Mediator with accredited qualification from SEBI. He is a Fellow of CIArb (UK), AIADR Malaysia, and KFCRI. He is also a Senior Fellow at BIAMC Indonesia. He holds a PhD in Law.
