Completed CIArb introduction to Construction Adjudication and received letter of pass in Sept 2013. Completed a neutral evaluator ADR role on the Kings Cross development between client contractors and subcontractors to settle various subcontractor final accounts
Obtained Accredited Mediator status with the CIArb in 2016 and have completed various early neutral evaluations since this time for various clients.
Since April 2023 to November 2024 has been actively engaged by a Client as an independent expert to assist with defence of a series of Adjudications. Successfully defending 2 No. very high value Adjudications.
