Shuaib Abikan, 59, Nigerian is a graduate of Mass Comminication from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He worked as a Journalists for about four years and in 1992 joinned NNPC as a Public Affairs Officer. He later in the same organisation worked as a Personnel Officer with attention on relating with the in-house union executive members on behalf of the Management, In 2005, he headed a Community Relations Department of an LNG project; OKLNG in Ogun/ Ondo coastal area where he intermidiated between the community and the company. He later became a Manager of NNPC Lagos Zonal Office where he supervised provision of Logistics and protocol services as well as overseeing the maintenance of corporate schools and hospitals. In 2017, he was transferred to NNPC headquarters, Abuja to manage the office services, logistics and utilities. From there he was transferred to NNPC properties Limited as a General Manager Support Services from where he will retire from active services come January, 1, 2020 when he will clock 60 years of age.
