I currently hold the position of Technical Director in the Quantum Department in Techno Engineering & Associates’ International Construction Consulting practice. Over the last 12 years of my professional experience, I have held responsibilities in calculating quantum claims for major infrastructure projects in Romania, Moldova, Mexico, and Qatar. I calculated quantum claims for over 40 large infrastructure projects involving highway construction, national roads rehabilitation and track renewal. I have given expert evidence in Dispute Adjudication Board hearings, International Arbitrations, Romanian Courts as well as Romanian Arbitrations. I have been nominated as an expert witness regarding quantum matters in several ICC Paris Arbitrations and in an DIFC-LCIA Arbitration. I held seminars on quantum ascertainment for young contract administrators in the international business environment of major construction contractors.
