I have acted as expert witness in various arbitration proceedings with respect to disputes involving complex financial instruments (e.g. CDOs, derivatives), adequacy of risk control functions in financial institutions, and duty of care obligations of board members. I have testified in the English High Court on issues around interest rate swaptions.
