Experienced Chartered Surveyor, arbitrator, mediator, senior manager and negotiator, specialising in telecommunications property and asset management. Philip Morris is a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Arbitrator and one of the UK’s most recognised experts providing consultancy services to clients in the electronic communications installations and network infrastructure space. He has over 25 years’ experience in the sector, primarily in the UK and European markets. This includes seventeen years providing dispute resolution services as an Arbitrator and an Independent Expert. He is an Accredited Evaluative Mediator, recognised by both RICS and the Civil Mediation Council. His profile in the sector has meant his appointments have been both privately as well as via RICS Dispute Resolution Service.
