Personal bio
I have been an arbitrator for (1) the American Arbitration Association (currently commercial panel and large complex case panel) since 1984, (2) FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) since 1997, (3) the Cook County (IL) mandatory court-annexed arbitration (municipal department since 2000, commercial calendar since 2015, law division since 2021), (4) the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) since 2020, and (5) the National Futures Association since 2021. I am also a mediator for the American Arbitration Association and the Circuit Courts of Lake County and Will County, Illinois, since 2018.
