Personal bio

Pascale Dahrouj is a multi-award-winning mediator, arbitrator, negotiator, dispute resolution expert, and justice innovator. She is the Founder and CEO of Willminds LLC, with its three divisions being Willminds Mediation and Arbitration Center (WMAC), Willminds Consulting Services, and Willminds Academy. She also focuses her work on Anti-Corruption, legal and compliance consulting, policy design and implementation, as well as stakeholder consultation and engagement. She is the President of the Lebanese Diaspora Energy (LDE) and a strategic advisor in various Ministries, the latest of which was the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants. She has extensive international experience in the public and private sectors, and with international organizations. Pascale is certified by the Chartered Institute of Arbitration (CIArb), the International Mediation Institute, Centre Professionnel de Mediation- University of Saint Joseph in collaboration with IFOMENE, the Medication Foundation of Ireland, and the International Center for Ethno-Religious Mediation. She serves on board international panels for mediation and arbitration such as the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and the Green Climate Fund-IRM. She trains and coaches professionals in mediation and negotiation and has contributed largely to dispute resolution innovation. Her areas of expertise are vast with focus on Energy, Oil, and Gas; regulatory; commercial and civil; education; disaster and sports disputes. She practices in three main languages being Arabic, English, and French. Pascale is member of the International Bar Association, International Chamber of Commerce, and the American Anti-Corruption Institute. She holds degrees and certificates from George Washington University, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Georgetown University, and Notre Dame University among others. She is a certified Anti-Corruption Manager (CACM) and an alumnus of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA). She is currently pursuing her MLS in Energy, Oil, and Gas Law at the Texas A&M School of Law. Pascale lives in Beirut, Lebanon. She is an avid advocate of Climate Justice and partners with a global network to strive towards sustainable development for a common future.
