Personal bio
Marvin is a mediator, municipal ombudsman, integrity commissioner, and chartered arbitrator, and is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in civil litigation. He is a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court, a former administrative law judge, and adjunct law professor at Osgoode Hall Law School.
