Personal bio
I am an experienced quantity surveyor and contract administrator with five years’ experience in construction. This includes working for international contractors. In the last year I have layered my industry experience with expert witness and claims work for quantum matters in formal disputes. I have worked on a variety of projects throughout Asia within the leisure, rail, mixed development, industrial, residential and power sectors. This ranges from high-rise developments to multimillion-dollar rail developments. I have assisted the expert or worked within a claims team to assist in the determination of claims, undertake quantum analysis, forensically review accounts and draft reports for the implementation of claims. My area of expertise is quantity surveying, this includes taking off measurement, conducting a variety of quantum analysis, auditing project accounts, reviewing variations, estimating and project account management. My geographical experience includes Malaysia, Singapore, Mongolia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka and Iraq.
