Wai Kien has 15 years of experience working in various Developers’ and Contractors’ firms. Prior to his involvement in the Dispute Resolution field, he was a Contract Manager with over a decade of working experience; entrusted in managing the contract department and overseeing the contract management process, contract negotiations as well as the development of specific standards for bidding and submission. His main area of practice includes quantity surveying and construction dispute resolution i.e., arbitration, adjudication, and expert works. His expertise covers a broad spectrum ranging from providing quantum expert support to Expert Witness; up to contract management, changes, and variations, contract administration, loss and expense claims, disruption and acceleration claims, prolongation claims as well as other monetary claims.
