An experienced civil engineer and lawyer with over 35 years experience in major projects and construction and commercial claims and disputes, based in the UAE. Most recently, 2012 - 2020 General Counsel of the Qatar Railways Company, which delivered the design & construction and into operations of the Doha Metro rail network.
