A construction contracts management professional with an experience more than 13 years in the Indian construction industry, he is part of a team, which is responsible for contracts administration of multiple projects from inception to completion, resolution of disputes & realization of claims through amicable settlement or arbitration and risk assessment for prospective bids. In his current role he is responsible for 13 nos. contracts (2 nos. EPC & 11 nos. item rate) of cumulative value ₹ 3007 Cr (₹ 407 Cr EPC & ₹ 2600 Cr item rate). He is involved in 4 nos. arbitration cases (cumulative disputed claims ₹ 183 Cr) and amicable settlement in various contracts.
