Monique is an independent arbitrator with over 17 years’ experience in dispute resolution. She is renowned for her strong technical skills and her clear thinking. Her experience covers disputes concerning or involving: breach of contract, codes of conduct, whistleblowing, investment treaties, foreign investment and trade, sale of business, breach of warranty claims, oppression claims, directors duties, statutory derivative proceedings, managed investment schemes, non-testamentary trusts, fiduciary duties, human rights, guardianship, community treatment orders under the Mental Health Act, habeas corpus, negligence, construction, property, sale of goods including the Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG), procurement and supply chain disputes, fraud, deceit, bribery and corruption, shipping, financial services and professional services agreements.
