I am a qualified lawyer admitted to the BAR in Beirut / Lebanon. I have 14 fourteen years of experience in both private and in-house practice. I am an Associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – London, Member of the International Bar Association (IBA), and Member of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA). I am a holder of an LLD (Ph.D. in Business Law) since Nov. 2017, LLM degree (Business Law) since June 2010, and International Master of University Cooperation for Peace and Development since Dec. 2013, in addition to obtaining certificates in specialized areas of law from international universities. My (MNEIMNEH) Law firm provide Legal Advice and Counseling Services to individuals, corporations, and legal entities by a team of high caliber, efficient, professional, and experienced lawyers ably serving clients throughout the Middle East and GCC countries, especially by providing legal advice and assistance in Contract negotiations, Incorporation of Companies, Litigation, and Arbitration. During my professional career, I acted as a legal advisor for several companies including Projects Construction Management. Drafted and advised on general commercial agreements such as JVs, LOIs, NDAs, and MOUs. I have advised clients on the formation and transformation of companies, drafted the necessary minutes of meetings (Board of Directors Meeting, Shareholders Meetings “ordinary and extra-ordinary” and POAs), and follow-up on the renewal and updating of Commercial Registers and Trade licenses. I drafted real estate development agreements between developers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, including Roles, powers, and duties of the Employer, Engineer, Contractor, Subcontractor, Suppliers, and Dispute resolution. I have advised clients in relation to disputes and claims exceeding 10,000,000 USD in Lebanon.
