A Construction Contracts and Claims professional, associated with Masin Projects Private Limited as an Associate Director, with over 10 years of total professional experience primarily into Claims & Dispute resolution. Working in capacity of a lead assistant to Expert, where, I have experience in handling multiple complex disputes related to Construction delay analysis, extension of time, Quantum Assessment etc., in the International and Domestic Arbitration's. I manage a team of 5 individuals. Working in close association with professionals from varied backgrounds like CAs, Lawyers, Economists and Engineers. Engagements include but not limited to Conduct of an Extensive Forensic Delay Analysis, Quantum Claims etc.
