Currently, I am a professor of law at the University of Sunderland.
I am qualified as an Arbitrator and Mediator with senior-level experience in:
- General Commercial and breach of Contract
- Licensing disputes
-Healthcare partnership disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Life Sciences, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical disputes
- Academic partnership disputes

Professionally qualified in arbitration and mediation through the University of Aberdeen and CIArb.

Skilled and experienced in healthcare Dispute Management and risk reduction. Experienced in the management of Clinical systems, teams, and resources in healthcare and academic settings. Well-versed and skilled in the Life Sciences and Biotechnology sectors with a working knowledge of new and novel treatment development, risk reduction, and Team dynamics.

Over 15 years experience in Dispute Resolution between Patients and Doctors and their Organisations. Further experience of disputes between Healthcare and Life Science organisations and their Teams.
