Dr. Charles Ayodeji ADEOGUN-PHILLIPS, SAN is an international lawyer who served as lead genocide prosecutor and head of special investigations at the United Nations and has attained the highest academic and professional recognition in the field of law. He is the founder of Charles Anthony, a cross-border law practice, in Nigeria. He also practices as a Barrister specialising in international law, from Guernica 37 (International law) Chambers at 6, Pump Court, London. He has been admitted as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He specialises in the areas of dispute resolution, private client and wealth advisory, international human rights law, international criminal law, international civil service law, international environmental law, climate change justice, complex cross border ‘white-collar’ and business crimes, international investigations, cross border insolvency and asset recovery. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Integrity Initiatives International (III), a Boston based international NGO, advocating for the establishment of an International Anti-Corruption Court.
