Personal bio
I have been involved in more than eighty arbitration cases as an arbitrator, ad hoc secretary, collaborator, or party advocate. For the most part, these cases referred to construction or infrastructure projects, under lump-sum contracts, unit prices, PPPs, etc. Other cases have been related to public procurement, expropriations, medical liability, insurance, and contracts. I have had the honor of participating in academic events and courses related to arbitration as a panelist or speaker.
