John is a legally qualified Registered Quantity Surveyor who specializes in construction claims and forensic delay analysis. In his previous employment at James R Knowles from year 1999-2007, not only was he trained in construction claims and delay analysis, but he also had a rare privilege of assisting a seasoned construction lawyer in arbitration counsel work before seasoned arbitrators. Having an understanding of the minds of not only arbitration counsels but also arbitrators has helped John to excel in his present roles as an Claim Expert Witness, Adjudicator and Arbitrator.
