A partner at Chaffetz Lindsey in New York, Aníbal Sabater has been a been a full-time arbitration practitioner for over twenty-five years and served regularly as a neutral for the last fifteen. He has arbitrated cases in English and Spanish in a wide array of industries such as construction, financial services, M&A, procurement, shipping, and IT. He has experience under all major commercial rules (including the AAA/ICDR, IACAC, ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL) as well as in all major (and some lesser known) arbitration seats in Asia, Europe, and across the Americas. For several years now, Chambers US and Latin America list him in the most-in-demand arbitrator category. He has been a Fellow since 2011.
