Personal bio
Mr. Siah Song Lin is an Accredited Mediator of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and a qualified mediator listed with International Mediation Institute. He presently practises as a mediator under Advance Dispute Resolution Centre (“ADRC”). He is also an advocate & solicitor with 18 years experience in real estate development, construction, banking and corporate finance. He graduated from King’s College London, United Kingdom with LLB. (Hons) in 2001 and completed his Bar Vocational Course in 2002. Mr. Siah was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-law (Lincoln’s Inn) in July 2002 and to the Malaysian Bar in 2003. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and an Associate Qualification in Islamic Finance (AQIF) from Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia. He is currently also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and an AIAC adjudicator.
