I am a Civil Engineering graduate, currently working as a Sr. Commercial Manager with Urbacon Trading and Contracting Company (UCC) Head office handling contractual and commercial issues of multiple projects. Prior to this, I was working with Consolidated Contracting Company (CCC) as a Sr. Contract Administrator on QAR 2.5 billion Qatar Rail Project and 7.5 billion USD, Sidra Medical and Research Centre Project in Doha – Qatar. I have worked on many prestigious construction projects in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. I have extensive experience in the contract management (Pre and Post) of the full range of mega-size projects including high-rise towers (commercial and residential), housing compound project (villas & commercial area), health, education, infrastructures, Oil & Gas sectors and industries (Cement Factories and Pepsi Cola Factories). With almost 17 years of experience in contract and commercial management roles, I have hands-on knowledge of the construction processes, pre and post contract management, Variations and Claim Management including prolongation claims, disruption claims, and acceleration claims, working with several International construction outfits. I have the capability and experience of working in a multi-team environment including interfacing and coordination with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
