Personal bio
Rio is a PRC lawyer. He holds LLM degree specializing in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from City University of Hong Kong and LLB degree specializing in International Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. He has also become the Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2024.
Rio focuses on dispute resolution. His experience in both courts and arbitration institutes enables him to understand the mindset and operations of both courts and arbitration institutes. He has successfully overturned several criminal or civil cases and was highly trusted and recognized by clients for his creative and constructive solutions.
